Story of “Ice Cream:” Melting Someone’s Heart Like an Ice Cream
Actually, the original title for “Ice Cream” in Korean is “녹아요” (read: nogayo) which means “melts away” or “melting.” So, basically, “Ice Cream” was originally titled “Melting.” The lyric writers for “Ice Cream” were Kim Chang-rak and Han Kyung-soo. Apart from being the lyric writers, both of them also composed and arranged this song with Choi Han-seol and Pink Hound as additional members for the composing and the arranging team. “Ice Cream” is a track with a very slow beat. This song is about loving someone more than anything else. He/she wants that person’s heart to melt like ice cream by saying words, giving smiles, and telling that person that they love him/her.
