Minnie from (G)I-DLE loves to play the piano since young which is a result of the influence her mother made on her. She likes “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton and she always loves to do stage play. Minnie is active with various clubs including being a cheerleader, drummer, actress, and many things. She had a dream of becoming a K-Pop singer but never believed that it could become a reality. However, as luck would have it, Cube Entertainment announced an audition in Thailand, and her family, teachers encouraged her a lot to at least try her best. Eventually, she passed the audition and went to South Korea. In the beginning, she hesitated because she was all alone as a trainee abroad and pursuing university. But her supporting circle told her that she has to seize the opportunity and not let it slip. Then, three years later, she made her dream come true!

Minnie has an interesting family, besides her mother and father, she also has twin brothers. Her mother is the one who taught her how to play the piano. Moreover, her family actually has an artistic bloodline that may be inherited in her genes. Her uncle is apparently a famous Thai classical pianist and composer.

Debut With (G)I-DLE
Minnie debuted with (G)I-DLE on May 2nd, 2018, with their leading track “LATATA”. Her attractive voice really contributes well to their first song. For a fact, their second song, “I Made,” Minnie also composed, arranged, and wrote it. The song “For You,” which is a song from their Japanese debut album, was also composed by her. Really talented! Minnie started learning the piano and composing songs since she was a child which is why she has developed her talent in creating. In an interview, Minnie revealed that during her trainee days, she got helped by Shuhua in order to braid her hair; Shuhua is also good at straightening. Now she already has her own professional hairstylist to do that. During her debut, Minnie also said that she had a problem with panda eyes which is why she has to use a lot of concealer, and she also collected 30 sheet masks to use one every day for a month to make her skin glowing.
