Ingredients 4 Burger Buns 300 gm mince 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Cumin Powder (zeera Powder) 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Mixed Herbs 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp Black pepper 1 Egg 1 Bread Slice, soaked and squeezed in milk Dry flour as required Oil for frying For Serving french fries, to serve onion rings, to serve tomato slices, to serve Mayonnaise tp spread salad leaves Cooking Method Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion for few minutes or until soft. Remove from the oil and put in a chopper, along with mince, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, herbs, egg soaked bread salt and black pepper. Process until well combined and smooth. Take it out the mixture into a bowl. Sprinkle flour on a shallow dish or plate. Shape mince mixture into 4 patties. Coat in flour mixture and shallow fry on medium low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until well cooked. Toast burger buns and spread mayonnaise on them. Top each bun with salad leaves, burger petty, onion rings and tomato slices. Cover with burger top. Your Best Ever American Burgers are ready to serve.

Ingredients: Fusion sauce – Jalapenos (pickled) 1 chopped – Iceberg ¼ chopped – Pepper sauce 1 tsp – Mustard paste 1 tbs – Mayonnaise 2 tbs – Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp – Knorr tomato ketchup 2 tbs Caramelize onion (optional) – Butter 1 tbs – Onion sliced 1 – Brown sugar ½ tsp Beef patty: – Beef qeema (mince) 500 gms – Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp – Ande ki zardi (egg yolk) 1 – Parsley/ Coriander 2 tbs chopped – Namak (salt) 1 ½ tsp or to taste – Kali mirch (black pepper) 1 ½ tsp – Lehsan (garlic) grated 3-4 cloves – Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce 1 & ½ tbs – Cheese slice Assembling: – Burger buns – Mayonnaise – Iceberg – Tomato slices – Beef patty with cheese – Special sauce – Onion (caramelized or raw sliced) – Jalapenos Directions: Fusion Sauce: Chop jalapenos and iceberg lettuce. Mix all sauces in a bowl and add jalapenos and iceberg. Mix well. Sauce is ready set aside. Caramelized Onion (It’s an optional step): Cut onion in slices. In a frying pan heat butter, add onion and fry them for a min. Add brown sugar and let onion simmer for 8-10 minutes. Once brown and soft, dish them out and set aside. Beef burger Patty: In a bowl add minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, Parsley/ coriander, salt, black pepper, grated garlic and chili garlic sauce. Mix well and make patty. While making beef patty, keep your hand gentle, don’t press very hard and once patty is made press lightly in the middle (making a soft well). Make desired size patty. From 500gms 3 large and 4 medium size patties can be made. Refrigerate beef patties for 10-20 mins. Heat Oil in a grill or pan fry patty for 5-6 mins each side. Don’t flip again and again. When one side is done then flip and let other side cook. Add cheese slice on fried side so the cheese melts and add flavor to the patty Assembling Burger: In assembling you can add any vegetable of your choice and assemble burger any ways you like. How we did is: On bun spread mayonnaise, ice burg lettuce leaf, tomato slices, beef patty with cheese, fusion sauce, caramelized onion or raw onion slices, jalapenos slices and top bun.
